Sodexo is seeking an experienced Senior Property Coordinator to join our Perth Property Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional to contribute to the effective delivery of residential property management services while supporting our commitment to compliance, customer experience, continuous improvement and operational excellence. The Senior Property Coordinator will provide administrative and onsite property management support across the portfolio, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with Western Australian legislation, the Residential Tenancies Act, contractual requirements and Sodexo policies and procedures . About the Role Working closely with the Regional Manager of Property and Property Operations Support Officer , you will play an important role in maintaining high standards of property management service delivery and supporting consistent processes across the portfolio. As part of the requirment for this role site travel will be required as directed. You will be responsible for tenant database management, compliance monitoring, tenant communications and providing onsite property management coverage when required. You will also contribute to identifying opportunities to simplify and improve processes, strengthen data quality and ensure consistent ways of working across locations. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and onsite property management support to the Perth Property Team. Manage and maintain accurate tenant and property information within relevant systems. Prepare and issue Form 19 notices and other tenancy documentation in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act and applicable legislation. Prepare and distribute professional and timely tenant communications. Develop and coordinate topics for quarterly tenant newsletters. Provide onsite Property Management support and leave coverage as required. Conduct compliance monitoring activities and maintain appropriate records. Monitor tenant/user satisfaction survey results, analyse trends and identify opportunities for service improvement. Support the review and continuous improvement of property management processes, procedures and work practices. Assist in standardising processes and practices across towns and locations. Ensure compliance with Western Australian legislation, contractual requirements, Sodexo governance and internal procedures. Promote a Zero Harm culture for employees, tenants, clients, contractors and other stakeholders. Work collaboratively with the Regional Manager of Property to improve service delivery, efficiency and compliance. Perform other reasonable duties as directed. About You We are looking for a property professional who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent customer service and communication skills. You will ideally have: At least 2 years’ experience in residential real estate/property management. A current and valid Western Australian Property Management Registration . Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and property management practices. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel. The ability to analyse, manipulate and present data to support decision-making and service improvements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex matters and resolve disputes professionally. Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on compliance. The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment. A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and greater efficiency.
