HR Executive
Job Summary: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, resignations, and offboarding processes. Liaise with the local HR team to ensure all HR operational processes are administered accurately and in a timely manner. Work closely with HR Team to ensure accurate payroll processing, bonus payments, annual salary reviews, and preparation of related HR documentation. Administer and maintain employee leave records, medical leave, hospitalization leave, and other statutory leave entitlements, ensuring compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations. Monitor employee attendance and leave utilization, follow up on discrepancies, and provide timely reports to management. Follow up on employee probation reviews, performance appraisals, promotions, and employment status changes, and prepare the necessary correspondence. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, personnel files, and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Support internal and external audits by preparing HR documentation, records, reports, and ensuring proper filing and compliance with audit requirements. Generate monthly and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and manpower statistics as required by management. Build and maintain positive working relationships with employees across all levels and support employee engagement initiatives. Ensure confidentiality and security of employee and payroll information at all times. Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, MOM regulations, company policies, and other applicable statutory requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes, systems, and operational efficiency. Perform any other HR-related duties and projects assigned by the Manager or Management. Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management with minimum 5 years experience as a HR Generalist. Those with payroll experience shall be an added advantage.
· Managing Processes, People Management, Data Entry Management, Reporting Skills, Compensation and Wage Structure, Benefits Administration, Worker Compensation, Employment Law · Familiar with Singapore labour law, HR practices and legislation · Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word · Customer Service Focus · Possess good analytical and organizational skills · Result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills and desire to strive continuous improvement. · Highly self-motivated, committed and resourceful with initiative and drive to do organized and meticulous work · Possess Initiative, keen to learn with a can-do attitude and good team player · Ability to work well under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment · Complete understanding of the need to maintain confidentiality at all times.
