Digital Technology Intern

Support the Innovation team in digitalization initiatives across food service operations, including digital projects, system implementation, process improvement, and technical support.

Responsibilities

• Support digitalization projects and system upgrade initiatives.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pre-go-live, implementation, and post-implementation activities.
• Support the development and improvement of digital functions and workflows.
• Test and review UX/UI features across digital ordering systems and platforms.
• Monitor system utilization and performance and gather stakeholder feedback.
• Assist with project documentation, reporting, and operational readiness.
• Support troubleshooting, system fixes, and technical issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors where required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Polytechnic Diploma or University Degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and data analysis.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to manage priorities effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical with good problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI design and data analysis tools.
