Bilingual Maintenance Planner Medellin - Medellin

We are looking for a Bilingual Maintenance Planner

responsible for receiving, registering, monitoring, and ensuring the timely closure of maintenance requests, guaranteeing information traceability, compliance with service level agreements (SLA), and correct coordination with providers and internal teams. This position has a strong focus on planning, control, data analysis, Excel management, and management platforms.

· Main functions

• Receive and register maintenance requests through different channels (platforms, email, telephone assistance).
• Monitor the traceability of requests until their definitive closure.
• Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Direct requirements to providers and perform daily follow-up.
• Analyze the criticality of requests to prioritize attention.
• Follow up on scheduled preventive maintenance schedules.
• Prepare reports and monitoring and SLA compliance reports.

· Requirements

Academic background

Professional or advanced student in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related careers.

Experience

Minimum 6 months to 1 year in planning, maintenance follow-up, provider management, or service management. Experience in managing requests, work orders, or technical requirements.

Languages

Intermediate-advanced English (B2 or higher) for customer service and communication. (Excluding requirement).
