We are looking for a bilingual Data Analyst responsible for extracting, processing, analyzing, and consolidating information from the operation's operational and business processes, guaranteeing the quality, integrity, and reliability of the data. This position focuses on the analysis of large volumes of information, the generation of reports and control dashboards, and support for data-driven decision-making for operational and functional areas.
Main functions
- Extract, process, and transform data associated with business and operational processes.
- Develop and execute SQL queries for information extraction and updates.
- Prepare and consolidate datasets from different sources (relational and non-relational databases).
- Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Design and build control dashboards and indicators for business and service management.
- Guarantee the quality, integrity, and security of information.
- Present analyses, findings, and insights to operational and functional areas.
- Manage requests for the creation and updating of reports and dashboards.
- Participate in descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics projects.
Requirements
Academic background
- Professional in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related careers.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, Power BI for the creation of reports and control dashboards.
Experience
- 5 years of experience in data analysis, BI / BA, or analytical projects.
- Experience in data integration, transformation, and modeling.
- Experience developing reports and indicators to support business decisions.
Desirable
- Experience providing analytical support to service operations, maintenance, facilities, or complex operational environments.
- Knowledge of predictive or prescriptive models.
- Experience training users in the use of reports and dashboards.
- Development and maintenance of solutions in Power App
Languages
- Intermediate-advanced English (B2 or higher) for customer service and communication. (Exclusionary requirement).
