Your talents

To strengthen our sales team as part of our business growth, we are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator ready to actively contribute to the quality and performance of our offers.

Your mission:

You support our sales department by coordinating offers, structuring files, and ensuring impeccable administrative follow-up. You play a key role in the creation, improvement, and enhancement of our commercial proposals.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and format offers in Adobe InDesign.
• Participate in the writing and continuous improvement of sales materials.
• Guarantee compliance with the offer submission procedure.
• Manage and update the sales & marketing library.
• Ensure the encoding and follow-up of activities in the CRM.
• Centralize information from calls for tenders and ensure market monitoring.
• Update official documents (ISO, certifications…).

Your profile:

• Min. 3 years of experience in a sales and calls for tenders environment.
• Bac +2/3 degree.
• Mastery of InDesign, the Office suite, and a CRM (Salesforce = an asset).
• Good level of English.
• Organized, rigorous, creative, and proactive.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Knowledge in marketing/communication is appreciated.
