Your tasks
Team Supervision & Animation: manage the floor team (chefs de rang, waiters, commis, apprentices, casual staff) to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Service Organization: ensure setup, briefings, and task distribution.
- Quality & Standards Compliance: monitor the compliance and cleanliness of facilities and adherence to Bateaux Parisiens standards before, during, and after service.
- Customer Relations: welcome, advise, and assist customers, manage specific requests, resolve incidents, and boost upselling.
- Logistics Management & Reporting: manage supplies, equipment, and procedures.
Requirements
You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position Hotel management training
- English: reading, speaking, and mastery of a second European language
- Experience in managing large teams
- Experience in high-volume structures
- Experience in commercial catering, with a focus on welcoming international clientele
What we offer
Contract: CDI
- Remuneration: To be defined according to profile
- Status: Agent de maitrise
- Working hours: 39H/week, working hours between 8 AM and 1 AM with two split shifts per week (i.e.: 12 PM-4 PM / 7 PM-12:30 AM). Work on weekends and public holidays.
