Location: Ireland Salary: €75,000 - €80,000 per annum plus Sodexo benefits Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Lead and promote a strong safety culture across multiple sites and FM operations. Provide expert H&S guidance across technical, catering, cleaning, security and front-of-house services. Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations. Support GMP environments, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and legislation. Provide H&S leadership throughout mobilisations, contract transitions and new site implementations. Lead on fire safety, emergency preparedness and business continuity. Deliver H&S training and support operational teams in embedding best practice. Partner with senior stakeholders, clients and operational teams to drive continual improvement.

About You

  • Relevant Diploma or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health & Safety.
  • Strong FM experience, ideally across complex or multi-service environments.
  • Experience working within GMP / regulated environments.
  • Experience supporting mobilisations and contract transitions.
  • Relevant Fire Safety qualifications and strong knowledge of fire safety requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management, incident investigation and H&S legislation.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Practical, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
