The ERP Global Transformation Director is accountable for the successful delivery and governance of the global ERP transformation program. This role provides strategic leadership across multiple ERP projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, program methodology, timelines, and organizational priorities. The incumbent partners closely with Program Delivery, TDDI, Project Directors, and business stakeholders to manage interdependencies, mitigate risks, and drive execution excellence. The role oversees program governance, roadmap management, and Control Tower operations, providing real-time visibility into program performance, deployment readiness, and business outcomes across all regions. Program Governance & Delivery Excellence: Establish and maintain ERP program governance, delivery methodologies, standards, controls, and ways of working in partnership with Program Delivery and TDDI leadership. Ensure consistent application of project management disciplines, decision-making frameworks, and performance measures across the program. Strategic Roadmap Leadership: Own and steer the global ERP roadmap, including planning, milestone tracking, deployment sequencing, resource alignment, and execution oversight. Ensure program objectives are achieved in accordance with commitments, timelines, and business priorities. Project Delivery Oversight: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Project Directors to ensure successful delivery of ERP projects. Drive accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk management, and achievement of business outcomes. Cross-Functional Integration & Dependency Management: Coordinate interdependencies across projects, workstreams, business functions, and technology teams. Identify and resolve conflicts, risks, and issues that could impact program delivery, ensuring alignment across the transformation portfolio. Program Performance & Control Tower Management: Lead the ERP Control Tower function to provide real-time visibility into program performance. Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, risk monitoring, and deployment readiness metrics to support informed decision-making. Executive Stakeholder & Change Leadership: Partner with senior business leaders, technology teams, and external stakeholders to drive alignment, engagement, and commitment to transformation objectives. Facilitate governance forums, executive communications, and organizational readiness activities to support successful adoption.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) considered an asset. 15+ years of progressive experience leading large-scale transformation, ERP implementation, or enterprise technology programs. Experience overseeing global, multi-country ERP deployments. Extensive experience managing complex portfolios consisting of multiple projects and workstreams. 10+ years leading senior project managers, program managers, and cross-functional transformation teams. Proven experience influencing and leading through matrix organizations. PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, or comparable project/program management certification preferred. ERP platform certifications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) considered an asset. Advanced program and portfolio management expertise. Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and deployment frameworks. Experience with project management tools, dashboards, KPI reporting, and business intelligence solutions. Advanced financial management, risk management, and governance reporting skills. Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies. Proven ability to manage ambiguity and lead through organizational change. Demonstrated experience managing large-scale business transformation initiatives. English required (written, verbal, and presentation proficiency). Additional languages considered an asset given global scope. French/English both verbal and written is a very strong asset
