Hall Grill Server

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, assist with seating and provide menu recommendations.
• Take customers’ orders accurately and communicate orders to the kitchen.
• Grill and serve BBQ meat at customers’ tables according to restaurant standards.
• Serve side dishes, drinks and other food items; replenish side dishes when required.
• Clear tables, reset dining areas and maintain cleanliness of the dining hall.
• Handle customers’ basic requests politely and promptly.
• Follow food hygiene, workplace safety and restaurant service procedures.
• Assist with other ad-hoc outlet duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Positive attitude, good customer-service mindset and able to work well in a team.
• Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
