SodaStream's assembly plant is recruiting a Shift Manager for an automated line:

Your tasks

Job Description Responsibility for end-to-end production line management. Management of approximately 70 male and female employees from diverse populations across various shifts. Direct management of 3 Line Supervisors. Responsibility for safety and product quality in accordance with requirements. Responsibility for training, mentoring, and certifying new employees, including ensuring compliance with professional and safety requirements before independent work on the line. Working with HMI screens on machines, control systems, etc. Managing the employee life cycle from the stage of recruitment into the department until the end of employment, including monitoring certifications, disciplinary management, and professional guidance. Working with internal plant interfaces - OPEX, Production Planning, Maintenance, etc.

Requirements

Previous experience in employee management. Proven technical background – familiarity with production machinery, operational processes, and basic troubleshooting. Mechanical/Industrial Engineering Technician – advantage. Ability to read and understand machine screens, control systems, and HMI interfaces – advantage. Ability and experience working with computerized systems – reporting outputs, quality, and faults. Full command of the Hebrew language. English – mandatory. Working with Office systems. Working in 12-hour morning shifts.
