As part of the role:

Your tasks

• Independent management of end-to-end recruitment processes, including job profiling, posting, sourcing, CV screening, conducting interviews, and candidate guidance until onboarding.
• Leading recruitment for various populations, including sales and service centers, logistics, and corporate.
• Routine work with hiring managers, providing professional advice, and planning recruitments according to business needs.
• Developing recruitment sources and building candidate pools, including active sourcing, social networks, and placement agencies.
• Signing employment contracts and supporting the onboarding process.
• Monitoring recruitment metrics, identifying challenges, and leading initiatives to improve and streamline processes.
• Supporting additional projects as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - mandatory.
• At least two years of experience in recruitment and managing end-to-end recruitment processes - mandatory.
• Experience in recruitment for call center and logistics roles - advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and work with diverse interfaces.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, service orientation, and the ability to drive processes.
• Good level of English.
• Full-time and hybrid position, Sun-Thu, with willingness to travel to another company site in the south of the country.
