Within Socotec Infrastructure located in Guyancourt, you will work more specifically on industrial structures, metal structures, and complex buildings. Under the management of the department director, you will be responsible for the following missions: Ensure the technical execution of missions Respect contractual documents, standards, and procedures applicable to the mission Contribute to business development and client follow-up Ensure production monitoring and reporting Ensure monitoring and reporting of financial indicators You will benefit from a fixed salary (50,000 - 60,000 €) depending on profile and the following benefits: Profit-sharing + incentive bonus (€2,500 in 2026) Meal expense reimbursement up to €24.80/day during travel / Access to RIE Savings plan RTT days Collaborative work environment A CSE with multiple benefits (holiday vouchers, gift cards, …), An attractive referral program starting from €1,000 per recruitment

You have an engineering profile in Civil Engineering, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of metal and industrial infrastructure in design and manufacturing. You come from a Grandes Ecoles, CHEBAP, Specialized Master, or ESTP engineering background. Strong knowledge in metal structure design and site monitoring in metal manufacturing (assembly, welding, and painting of metal structures). You master the regulations and best practices for metal and industrial infrastructure in design and manufacturing. Proficiency in English is important for the position. You have a sense of organization, autonomy, rigor, and method, as well as a strong taste for teamwork. Recruitment process: HR interview (20/30 min) Operational interview with the Director
