As a Chemical Products Regulatory Affairs Manager M/F, you will report to our international agency located in La Défense, specializing in chemical risk issues. In this capacity, your main missions consist of: 1) Implementing European regulations (REACH, CLP, BPR, and DM) for our clients: Preparation of REACH dossiers: registration (SIEF management, LoA, cost sharing, preparation of dossiers in IUCLID format), authorization, restriction, articles Preparation of dossiers for UK-REACH Writing scientific and technical-regulatory notes which may, for example, cover a regulatory interpretation Writing regulatory compliance action plans, Supporting clients with French and European authorities 2) Managing projects involving strategic, scientific, technical, and regulatory aspects: Conducting internal and external meetings with minutes writing, Managing interfaces between different stakeholders (clients, authorities, ...), Implementing monitoring and reporting tools for large-scale projects, Participating in the management of European business consortia: facilitating working groups ... (mainly REACH) 3) Participating in the life of the agency: Contributing to the development and dynamic of our activities with clients and prospects, Performing animation functions regarding marketing aspects and event organization, Ensuring technical and regulatory monitoring on our topics of interest. You may also be required to intervene on other subjects handled within the agency (chemical risk assessments, outdoor/indoor air quality ...) under the supervision of the team's experts. These tasks are not exhaustive.
With a minimum of a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a Chemical Engineering School (Gay Lussac federation preferred) or a Generalist Engineering School with an option in chemistry/toxicology or regulatory affairs, you have at least 3 years of professional experience acquired in similar roles. Spoken and written English is an indispensable prerequisite for this position.
