Digital Factory Support Manager M/F/X (M/F)

Within the DSI, the department in charge of factories manages the Group's user and industrial digital environments. It supports the digitalization of factories and secures IT infrastructures.

Under the management of the Digital Workplace Manager, you will guarantee the installation, consistency, performance, security, and sustainability of industrial digital environments across all industrial sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the team in charge of supporting the factory digital environment.
• Support project teams for the installation and deployment of digital environments in the factory.
• Ensure local support and maintenance of the factory digital environment.
• Supervise the installation, configuration, and commissioning of IT equipment in the factories.
• Ensure the consistency, compliance, and security of IT equipment in the factories.
• Lead the international community of digitalization technicians and contribute to the continuous improvement of practices.

Qualifications

Must have

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, automation, or industrial computing.
• Proven experience in digitalized industrial environments (factories, production lines).
• Strong skills in industrial IT infrastructures (networks, security, equipment).
• Advanced professional English.
