Test Project Manager M/F/X

You will lead testing, validation, and certification activities at the heart of development projects. You will guarantee product compliance and contribute to project success while respecting quality, cost, and deadline requirements.

Within the development laboratory based in Huttenheim, you will act as the referent for product testing and qualification activities. You will contribute to development projects by coordinating various internal and external stakeholders. Under the management of the Laboratory Manager, you will drive verification, validation, and certification activities to ensure the achievement of project milestones and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Represent the laboratory within development projects and ensure the interface with various stakeholders.
• Drive product verification, validation, and certification activities throughout the development cycle.
• Establish, monitor, and update qualification plans in consistency with project requirements.
• Coordinate tests carried out by laboratory engineers and technicians and supervise the drafting as well as the validation of test reports.
• Manage relations with certification bodies, notably IEC and UL, and support compliance processes.
• Drive projects in compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives and guarantee the achievement of laboratory milestones.

Qualifications

Master's degree (Bac+5) or engineering degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or power electronics. *

Minimum of 5 years of experience in testing, validation, or managing technical tests in an industrial environment. *

Strong skills in electrical testing, technical project management, and interpretation of technical standards. *

Advanced English (B2/C1).
