Software Development Engineer M/F/X

Design and develop innovative software solutions to optimize the energy management of BESS systems, contributing to industrial IoT projects with high technological value.

As part of the development of energy storage solutions and industrial IoT systems, you will join an expert software team for connected systems. You will work on innovative projects combining cloud, edge, and energy optimization. Within the ESS teams, you will design and develop high-performance software solutions to optimize energy management and BESS architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop software applications for industrial IoT, edge, and cloud systems.
• Design software architectures adapted to energy storage systems (BESS).
• Implement optimization algorithms, simulations, and EMS functionalities.
• Design and interface solvers for energy management and dispatching.
• Participate in software integration within real-time and critical environments.
• Contribute to architecture choices and the technical roadmap in collaboration with project teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in computer science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in C, C++, and Python languages in industrial environments.
• Proficiency in simulation tools and solvers (type SIL).
• Expertise in IoT development (edge & cloud) and EMS systems.
• Good command of English (B1/B2).
