Key Responsibility Areas

Provide casework management to clients with varying needs, risk and safety concerns.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve case plan outcomes.

Participate/ implement group work to target client groups or other stakeholders/ agencies.

Participate in community development initiatives and provide recommendations for consideration.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director & Head of FSC/Director/Management.

Required qualifications and experience

Degree, Graduate Diploma or Master in Social Work / Degree or Master in Counselling.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience working with individuals/ families is an added advantage.

Good report writing skill.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organisational skill.
