Configuration Management & Process Improvement Consultant (M/F)

Our agency GESER-BEST Toulouse is looking for a Senior Consultant in Configuration Management and Process Improvement (M/F) near Toulouse.

We are strengthening our team dedicated to Configuration Management for a major project in the industry. Your mission: guarantee process compliance, optimize performance, and support suppliers in meeting requirements.

Missions

• Drive Configuration Management processes:

Monitoring KPIs and reporting on performance. Leading audit and compliance reviews with suppliers.

• Management of evolutions:

Maintaining PM&T (Product Master & Traceability) processes up to date in alignment with operational needs. Participating in cross-functional projects to improve process maturity.

• Team support:

Advising project managers on best practices in configuration control. Training teams on tools and methodologies (Windchill, SAP).

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years in Configuration Management, Change Control, or Compliance & Certification.

Technical Skills:

• Mastery of PLM tools (Windchill, SAP) and configuration management standards (ICC-ACP, ACC2).
• Experience in process management (KPI, reporting, continuous improvement).

Soft skills:

• Leadership: Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Client relations: Ease of interacting with demanding clients (industrial sector).
• Proactivity: Anticipating risks and proposing preventive solutions.
• Languages: Fluent English mandatory.
