• Position: User Support Technician (M/F) - CDI
• Location: Châtenoy-le-Royal (near Chalon sur Saône)
• Profile: Bac or Bac +2 Informatique
• Experience: Entry-level profile possible

Your mission: Reporting to the Responsable des Systèmes d'Informations, you play a key role in the continuity of our operations. Your main responsibilities:

• Support & Proximity: Manage incidents, user requests, and ensure the operational maintenance of the IT park.
• Asset Management & Inventories: Ensure rigorous monitoring of hardware inventories (PC fleet, peripherals, telephony) and software (license tracking, assignments).
• Business Tools Support: Gradually take charge of our business applications (advanced assistance, settings, liaison with publishers).

Right hand to the DSI: Lend a hand to the team in resolving complex infrastructure failures (network, servers) in tandem with our experts.

• IT Projects: Actively participate in deployment, migration, and continuous improvement projects of our SI.
• Security & Process: Raise user awareness regarding security best practices and document our procedures.

What we are looking for:

• Desired training: Bac or Bac +2 Informatique
• Desired language: Intermediate professional English
• Desired IT skills: Junior or self-taught profile accepted, provided you have real IT reflexes! Without necessarily justifying long years of experience, you are perfectly comfortable configuring a workstation, diagnosing a hardware problem, or understanding a software bug. If you are the "resourceful" type with a desire to learn and structure your knowledge within a DSI.
