Your tasks

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in the continuity of our operations. Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze and adjust procurement proposals from the ERP, then transform them into firm orders in compliance with best practices.
• Establish and transmit orders to suppliers.
• Manage procurement requests and optimize parameters in the ERP.
• Process and follow up on supplier acknowledgments of receipt.
• Analyze stock levels, rotations, and work-in-progress, then define the necessary corrective actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure component availability and resolve anomalies (missing deliveries, errors, etc.).
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the procurement process: supplier OTD, implementation of pull flows, process optimization.

Requirements

• Education: Bac+2 Supply Chain/Procurement and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Languages: Operational English.
• IT: Internal ERP (mastery of Movex is a real plus), Pack Office, Google Workspace.
