In this context of rapid technological and organizational changes, the IT Product Manager position is key. It contributes to the management and evolution of a strategic application scope, by providing solid technical-functional expertise, promoting innovation and the adoption of new technologies, while guaranteeing the robustness, security, and budgetary control of the information system.

Mission Description

As an IT Product Manager, you are responsible for an application scope for which you ensure service quality, technical consistency, and long-term evolution.***On a daily basis, you act as the link between Business needs, IT transformation challenges, and operational constraints.

  • You contribute to defining the roadmap for your scope, managing the necessary evolutions, and ensuring the proper integration of solutions into the company's IT ecosystem.
  • You coordinate the various actors involved (internal teams, partners, and suppliers)
  • You manage mixed teams, internal and/or external, which may operate offshore, to ensure smooth functioning, good control of commitments, and efficient execution of priorities.
  • You also participate in managing the activity regarding budgetary, organizational, and operational aspects.

This position requires both a solid technical understanding, good coordination skills, and a real sense of relationship with the Business, in an international and constantly evolving environment.

Profile Sought***We are looking for an IT engineer holding a Master's degree (bac+5) and demonstrating significant experience in this type of mission of at least 3 years.

  • You are a curious, proactive, and rigorous person, endowed with sharp technical skills and excellent analysis, synthesis, and writing abilities.
  • You possess good written and oral communication skills, as well as a fluent level of English, given the international environment of our company.
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, autonomy, and a sense of customer service, which are essential to successfully carry out your mission.
  • Experience in integrating complex software packages or sensitivity to software quality aspects would be an additional asset.
  • Experience with agile methodology would also be an asset.
