Within the Matériel & Services Direction, the "External Repairs" product line is a strategic link in the maintenance chain of aeronautical equipment.
Our team manages the logistics operations of equipment sent for outsourced repair when internal repair is not the most relevant solution:
- equipment is reaching the end of its life cycle
- market access is restricted by manufacturers
Composed of 8 logistics groups and 4 support services, the 'External Repairs' entity plays a key role in the profitability and competitiveness of support contracts, in an international and collaborative environment.
Mission Description
Your role: manage, pilot, grow
As Logistics Manager - External Repairs, you hold a position that is simultaneously strategic, operational, and human.
Steering & coordination Organize and secure the logistical processing of outsourced equipment, in close connection with the Fleet Platforms
- Guarantee compliance with aeronautical regulatory requirements
- Find the right balance between quality, deadlines, and cost control
Management & talent development Animate and unite your team in a climate of trust, respect, and listening
- Support skill development and encourage initiatives

Profile Sought
- Master's degree (Bac+5) with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Analytical capacity and understanding of economic issues
- Leadership based on cooperation, clarity, and credibility
- Sense of organization, rigor, and ability to prioritize
- Taste for logistics operations, while knowing how to take a step back
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional English required (minimum B2 level)
- Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge or interest in:
- logistics flows and repair circuits,
- supplier relationship management.
