Machinist Lathe Miller (M/F)
Your main missions will be:
- Machine parts according to a defined plan and process;
- Set up and perform machining operations on conventional lathes, milling machines, or slotting machines;
- Select the appropriate tooling based on the operations to be performed;
- Identify and use suitable measuring tools for the control of machined parts;
- Ensure first-level maintenance and upkeep of the machines;
- Participate in the optimization of settings and the continuous improvement of machining processes;
- Develop and manufacture tooling;
- Define machining processes starting from a part and a defect while respecting manufacturer recommendations;
- Support and train young school graduates on conventional technologies; our fleet consists of many conventional machines that are no longer taught in school. We need support and rigorous monitoring regarding the skill development of our agents.

Profile sought Holding a BAC Pro type training in machining, you have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a lathe-miller. You master machining operations on conventional lathes and milling machines, or on slotting machines. Your background has allowed you to acquire solid experience on conventional machines, whether during an apprenticeship, an internship, or a job.
Skills and aptitudes: You are rigorous, precise, attentive to detail, and meticulous. You are passionate and have a strong mechanical appetite. Dynamic, you enjoy teamwork and demonstrate versatility. You know how to be autonomous, propose, and argue for solutions. Reactivity, availability, and a sense of service particularly characterize you. You are capable of reading technical documents in English: a level 1 of bright technical English is necessary (36%).
