The Technical Operations Monitoring Engineer plays a key role within the Maintenance Control Center (MCC) by ensuring the technical monitoring and reliability of the aeronautical fleet. An expert in complex troubleshooting, they analyze anomalies, coordinate investigations with various internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to the sustainable resolution of technical issues.

Through the exploitation of aircraft data, they anticipate failures, develop monitoring indicators, and participate in the continuous improvement of maintenance performance. They also serve as a technical tool referent, particularly for AMOS, in order to support teams and optimize operational processes.

Mission Description

Technical expertise & complex troubleshooting management***Provide high-level technical expertise during complex fault searches in support of MCC teams. Analyze recurring or atypical incidents and define appropriate action plans.

  • Coordinate technical investigations with internal teams, manufacturers, and external partners.
  • Develop and disseminate specific fault search procedures and contribute to technical feedback (REX).

Fleet performance and reliability monitoring***Ensure the monitoring of Trend Monitoring and Health Monitoring indicators for aircraft.

  • Exploit aircraft data (QAR, FHDB.) to identify precursor signals of failure.
  • Perform regular analyses on the health status of aircraft equipment and systems.
  • Contribute to the improvement of predictive maintenance tools and monitoring methods.

Management of technical data and indicators***Develop, maintain, and evolve technical performance monitoring dashboards (BW/BO). Guarantee the reliability of data used for managing MCC activity and the fleet.

  • Support teams in the exploitation of indicators and technical decision-making.

Tools referent & continuous improvement***Serve as the AMOS Key User for the MCC and support users in its exploitation.

  • Participate in the functional evolution of the tool in connection with IT teams and the software publisher.
  • Contribute to maintenance process optimization projects and initiatives related to digitalization.

Cross-functional support & operational coordination***Provide technical support to various partner services (Engineering, Logistics, SMS, Maintenance). Participate in technical event analyses and fleet/reliability monitoring meetings.

  • Ensure the follow-up of actions taken and communication with stakeholders.

Required Profile

Training and required level: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Aeronautics, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent OR Bac Pro/DUT/Licence (Bac+2/3) + significant experience in the field

Experience: Significant experience in aeronautical maintenance (base and/or line) / Knowledge of MCC operations appreciated. Demonstrated experience in the exploitation and analysis of technical data (Trend, Health Monitoring, BO)

Technical skills: Knowledge of predictive maintenance tools
