We are looking for a passionate and experienced Expert to strengthen the security of our access and identities, focusing on human identities. Machine identity management is handled by another dedicated team.

Mission Description

As an IAM Cybersecurity Expert, you will play a key role in the design, evolution, and optimization of identity and access management architectures for users. Your mission will consist of: Defining and designing innovative and robust IAM (Identity & Access Management) architectures and solutions, focused on human identity management, in alignment with the group's global cybersecurity strategy and regulations.

• Leading opportunity and feasibility studies for the integration of new IAM technologies and tools (On-premise and Cloud), by selecting the best solutions on the market.
• Actively participating in IAM governance, the definition of access policies, and security standards for all systems and applications.
• Serving as a technical reference for project teams, developers, and enterprise architects, providing your expertise to secure our users' access.
• Providing cutting-edge expertise for the resolution of the most complex incidents and the optimization of IAM platforms, ensuring high availability and performance for identity management.
• Collaborating closely with SOC (Security Operations Center), RSSI (Chief Information Security Officer) teams, and integration teams for optimal end-to-end security.
• Conducting constant technological monitoring of IAM market developments and cyber threats, in order to anticipate needs and propose continuous improvements.

Profile Sought

Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science with a specialization in security or equivalent.

Experience: You have solid and proven experience of at least 5 years in IAM engineer or architect roles, acquired in complex and highly critical environments, specifically in human identity management.

Technical Leadership: You are recognized for your expertise, your ability to influence, and your ability to support technical teams on complex subjects.

Innovation and Cloud: You have a strong interest in innovation, excellent knowledge of new technologies, particularly in Cloud environments (Azure, GCP). English: Fluent command of technical and professional English (written and oral), indispensable in an international context.

Technical Skills Identity Management (human): In-depth expertise in identity management in the broad sense (IGA, IDM), the RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) model, and LDAP/AD directories.

• Identity Federation: Mastery of identity federation protocols (SAML, OAuth/OIDC) and experience in their implementation.
• Specific IAM Solutions: Significant experience with Ping products is a major asset.
• Cloud IAM: Proven expertise in IAM services of Cloud platforms is a plus.
• Automation and Scripting: Good knowledge of Linux environments, Shell Scripting, and automation and orchestration tools (Ansible, Terraform).
• Management Tools: Knowledge of JIRA and ServiceNow tools for project tracking and management.
