Mission Description
As a Senior Software Developer, you will be a key player in the development of application solutions for the various business lines of the group. You will work within a Product Team in Agile mode, collaborating closely with developers, analysts, testers, designers, and other experts to design robust and scalable applications.
Your responsibilities: Lead the design and development of strategic digital solutions in a Full Stack environment, relying on Angular and Spring Boot technologies.
Define robust, secure, and scalable application architectures, ensuring their alignment with technical excellence standards and the Group's business priorities.
Integrate an Artificial Intelligence dimension into the developed solutions, supporting the emergence of new high-value-added uses: automation, process optimization, experience personalization, and decision support.
Actively contribute to cloud transformation and IT modernization via Microsoft Azure, leveraging the services best suited to the challenges of performance, resilience, and innovation.
Guarantee a high level of service quality, performance, and reliability, by promoting best practices in software engineering, code review, and industrialization.
Participate in a continuous improvement process in cooperation with DevOps, Data, and Product teams, within a logic of sustainable transformation and value creation.
Profile Sought
- Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in software development, ideally in an Agile environment. Technical Skills: Mastery of Java, Angular, SpringBoot technologies, as well as relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and/or noSQL (MongoDB). Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure) is a plus. Communication Skills: Ability to work in a team, lead technical meetings, and communicate effectively, including in English. Autonomy and Proactivity: You are autonomous, dynamic, and capable of proposing innovative solutions while respecting quality standards.
