Your tasks

• Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks promptly and efficiently.
• Recommend menu items and promotions to customers.
• Ensure customers have a pleasant dining and drinking experience.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Process payments and operate the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and bar areas.
• Set up and clear tables before and after service.
• Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow company policies and food safety standards.

Requirements

We are looking for energetic, friendly, and service-oriented Waiters and Waitresses to join our pub team. If you enjoy interacting with customers, working in a lively environment, and providing excellent service, we would love to hear from you.

• Previous experience in a pub, bar, restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a responsible and reliable work ethic.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic English communication skills.

Working Hours

• Shift-based schedule
• 5 or 6 days per week
