About the company

This South England Authority are looking for a SEND Provision Lead. Details of the role are:

Your tasks

Manage SEND casework for children and young people aged 0-25.

Coordinate and amend Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).

Lead annual reviews and ensure statutory deadlines are met.

Work closely with families, schools, Educational Psychologists, Social Care and partner agencies.

Manage complex cases and maintain accurate records.

Develop and improve SEND processes, policies, and service delivery.

Analyse service performance data and identify areas for improvement

Chair multi-agency meetings and annual review panels Analyse service performance data and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

To apply for this role you must have Experience working with children and young people with SEND

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Manage complex and high-risk SEND cases, including disputes and tribunals
