We are looking for a Technical Support Employee (m/f/d) with the following tasks and requirements for our renowned customer in Reutlingen:

Tasks

• Technical contact person (m/f/d) for our international subsidiaries and key customers
• Error analysis and diagnosis as well as troubleshooting via telephone or teleservice
• Programming support and process optimization
• Creation of catalogs of measures for error rectification
• Preparation of assembly assignments for our service technicians (e.g., determination of spare parts, etc.)
• Close cooperation with development and the assembly department for customer machines
• Occasional execution of service assignments worldwide

Profile

• Successfully completed technical training in the field of Mechatronik or comparable training
• Very good experience in technical field service
• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP present
• Good English skills (spoken and written)
• Structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Service orientation
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to travel internationally, flexibility, and a high service mentality
