We are looking for a motivated and experienced Financial Accountant (m/f/d) with the following tasks and requirements for our client from the metal and electrical industry in Metzingen:

Tasks:

• Independent posting of all business transactions in accounts payable and accounts receivable in compliance with legal regulations
• Processing of fixed asset and general ledger accounting as well as account reconciliation
• Handling of payment transactions and dunning processes
• Processing of travel expense reports
• Preparatory activities for monthly closings
• Coordination with internal departments

Profile:

• Experienced accountant in an internationally active company, preferably medium-sized business/tax consultant
• Confident handling of various IT systems – Diamant and Docuware as indispensable knowledge or Datev & Addison (similar to Diamant)
• Strong understanding of numbers and process-oriented thinking
• Independent, structured, and careful way of working
• Team- and service-oriented thinking and acting
• Very good German and good English skills
