ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ACCOUNTANT M/F

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be part of a team of 5 people, in charge of:

• Entering supplier invoices,
• Analyzing supplier accounts,

• Managing supplier reminders,
• Participating in the monthly closing operations of expense accounts as part of the group's monthly reporting procedure,

• Analyzing the automatic unbilled goods received (FNP) account,
• Managing expense reports in Notilus, from the entry of expense reports to the analysis of the relevant third-party accounts,

• Managing the cockpit in a context of supplier invoice digitalization.

For this position, you have a minimum of a Bac+2 level qualification such as a BTS Comptabilité, accompanied by at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.

Ideally, you have worked in a large group, which has provided you with a strong technical culture that will allow you to easily grasp our business. Experience in a context of supplier invoice digitalization is also a plus.

With an intermediate level of English, at least in writing, you have a good level in Pack Office, and experience with an ERP, particularly SAP, will be strongly appreciated.
