HOT STAMPING CAPACITY INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT PROJECT MANAGER (M/F)

Within our Industrial Operations Department and reporting to the Investment Director, you will actively participate in the development of the group's hot stamping capacity industrial equipment by coordinating a technical team composed of technicians and engineers.
In this capacity, you will ensure the following missions:
- Drafting specifications for the acquisition or retrofit of hot stamping equipment (furnace, hydraulic press, automation and robotization, tooling, packaging), while guaranteeing the integration of hot stamping process requirements, and group, safety, and maintainability standards
- Drafting specifications for the acquisition or retrofit of laser cutting capacity cells
- Verifying the consistency of industrial layouts and infrastructures with the capacity equipment
- The consistency and evolution of industrial equipment standards
- Consultation, analysis of offers before validation by Management
- After validation, managing the purchase and industrialization of capacity industrial equipment (monitoring and communication on project progress, analysis of deviations, definition of technical action plans while alerting management if necessary (schedule delays, operational deviations, etc.), coordination of the arrival of capacity equipment on site (prevention plan, accessibility, availability of infrastructure, industrial equipment, resources, etc.))
- Commissioning of hot stamping or laser cutting capacity equipment within the deadlines, planned costs, and expected performance levels
- Sharing best practices between plants to improve equipment performance and ensure reliable operation
- Creation and provision of specifications for capacity equipment
- Analysis of technological evolutions to adapt our equipment and our specifications
For this position, you have a higher education degree such as Engineer, accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in process industrialization and/or maintenance of hot stamping industrial equipment, ideally acquired in the automotive industry or a similar sector.
Proficiency in Pack office and English is indispensable. Knowledge of Catia V5 is a plus.
Possessing good interpersonal skills and an interest in challenges, you are autonomous, rigorous, and proactive.
Regular travel abroad is to be expected.
