Become a Customer Experience Referent Working with children requires energy, self-confidence, and a lot of effort, but we guarantee you will never, ever be bored. You will be an experienced member of the team whom other key members can turn to for advice or additional information to enable them to give their best. You will participate in initial training and throughout the operational season. You will continue to perform the duties of an instructor by working directly with customers during excursions and on-site, but you will take on more responsibility to ensure the smooth running of operations. The leadership and management team may turn to you to entrust you with administrative tasks or high-level operational responsibilities.

Our customers mainly come from the United Kingdom, which is why we require all our instructors to be perfectly proficient in English - ideally, you should have a minimum B2 level according to the CEFR.
