Do you believe in the power of adventure? PGL is a world where children achieve the "impossible." Our residential adventure camps create extraordinary breakthroughs through active and stimulating experiences in the great outdoors. Our goal is to enrich children's lives through the transformative power of adventure. Do you want to join us?

Being a Cultural and Leisure Activities Leader (M/F) Working with children requires energy, confidence, and effort, but we guarantee you that it is never, ever boring. You may lead activity sessions, light campfires, take group meals, build shelters, check equipment, lend a hand to your hospitality colleagues. No two days are the same. Our clients mainly come from the United Kingdom, which is why we ask all our leaders to speak English fluently - ideally, you will have a minimum B2 level on the CEFR.

Are you a PGL person? No experience is necessary; your character is what we value most. PGL people are:

  • Passionate about adventure and the outdoors
  • Friendly people who thrive in a team environment
  • Determined and resilient (peak periods are tough).

Above all, it is our core values of FUN, SAFETY, QUALITY, INCLUSION, TEAMWORK and RESPECT that unite us.

We recruit the best talent and value a diverse and inclusive team. We are therefore committed to ensuring that our application process is accessible to everyone and we are happy to provide reasonable adjustments to facilitate its completion. Simply send us an email or call us to give us details about the adjustments you need.

However, our top priority is the safety of our centers' guests. This is why all employees must provide a criminal record check (bulletin n° 3). Convictions related to violence, drugs, or safeguarding may affect your application.
