BARTENDER (M/F) PUB/COCKTAIL BAR

Hôtel Paris les Halles, is looking for experienced bartenders (M/F) for its new bars.

Your role for the PUB:

• Deliver service with generosity and energy
• Create connections with customers, both regulars and curious newcomers
• Advise on beers, spirits, and cocktails with conviction
• Contribute to the atmosphere; here we talk, we exchange, we live

Your role for the lounge:

• Prepare classic and signature cocktails with rigor
• Offer a fluid, chic, and attentive experience
• Be attentive to details, the right gesture, and timing
• Advise a demanding clientele, without ever being stiff

Expected profiles

• Confirmed experience as a Bartender, good knowledge of beverages and solid bases in mixology, fluent English is indispensable.
