Night Receptionist (M/F)

The Madison Hôtel, located in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés in Paris 6e, is currently looking for a Night Receptionist M/F!

Your mission is to welcome, inform, and advise our guests and to ensure their well-being in order to guarantee irreproachable service quality.

Your daily responsibilities:

• You welcome guests upon arrival: you ensure their journey went well, present the establishment's services, provide information on tourist activities in the city or near the hotel, complete the administrative formalities of the stay, and then hand the guests their room key.
• You remain at the guests' disposal to facilitate their stay and will be required to provide various services such as taxi or show reservations.
• You are also in charge of the room reservation schedule, you inform guests by telephone about the establishment's availability and process reservations. Knowing perfectly the hotel's occupancy rate and the arrival and departure movements, you indicate to the housekeeping staff which rooms to prepare.

You must manage the concierge services, help guests discover "the Paris of Parisians," ensure the security of the entire hotel and the guests, and finally, upon guest departure, you ensure their stay went well, prepare the billing, and collect their payment. This list is non-exhaustive.
