Executive Housekeeper (M/F)
The Buci and Artus hotels are currently looking for an Executive Housekeeper (M/F) starting October 1st, 2026!
Your mission: The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the rooms, sanitary facilities, and common areas of the Hotel. You will ensure the management of all members of the housekeeping department: head housekeepers, chambermaids/room boys, lingers, and housemen.
Your daily responsibilities: Perform inspections related to the cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of rooms and common areas (use of PMS, Room Checking, Trello.); Ensure the quality of the day service (stay-overs and departures) according to department procedures and the hotel's quality standards; Perform quantitative and qualitative control of linen (Biografy inventory procedure and regular contact with the laundry); Manage the follow-up of lost and found items and customer complaints; Establish daily and annual cleaning schedules while respecting staff ratios and the cleanliness objectives desired by management; Respond to customer requests with efficiency and discretion, in collaboration with the various hotel departments; Organize relations with suppliers and subcontractors; Distribute tasks fairly to your team in order to achieve the objectives requested by management; This list is not exhaustive.
Profile sought: Dynamic, organized, and diplomatic: you must make several teams work together, unite them, and combine kindness with firmness; Sense of responsibility, customer service, and perfection; Dedication to the profession: it is a demanding job with multiple tasks that requires a keen sense of responsibility and significant personal involvement; Comfortable with IT tools and new technologies.
