Quality Officer
Do you enjoy contributing to quality down to the smallest detail? As a Quality Officer, you play an important role in the follow-up of internal and external complaints and support our Quality Manager and the quality team. Thanks to your accurate and structured approach, you help to safeguard and further strengthen Sobinco's high quality standards every single day.
As a Quality Officer, you focus on the administrative processing and follow-up of both internal and external complaints within the ERP system. You ensure that complaints are processed correctly and timely, returns are administratively followed up, and the right information reaches the colleagues involved.
Together with your complaint handling colleague, you determine the priorities, taking into account the urgency for the customer, ongoing orders, and the impact of the complaint.
You support complaint analysis by collecting information from various departments, and by checking stocks and returns. You also contribute to the broader operations of the Quality department. For example, you provide support with the Quality Management System, QA incoming inspection, calibrations, certificate registration, and the registration of rejects. When necessary, you request measurements or tests to further deepen analyses.
You are a driven administrative force with a sense for progress and accuracy.
You have experience in an advanced administrative role within a production environment.
Basic knowledge of ERP is a plus, but not necessary.
You are strong in planning and organization.
You have strong communication skills.
Good knowledge of Dutch and English. If you also speak a little French and/or German, this is a plus.
