Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Independent management of complex development projects in the field of electronics and software - from conception to successful implementation Close cooperation with system engineers and product management to develop innovative technical solution and product concepts Management of personnel deployment as well as resource planning in close coordination with project management to ensure efficient project progress Ensuring compliance with functional safety standards as well as relevant quality and development guidelines Overall responsibility for schedule, budget, and quality goals within the supervised development projects Technical leadership of interdisciplinary project teams as well as coordination of external development partners and service providers Active participation in shaping and continuous optimization of project processes, methods, and organizational structures to increase efficiency and quality

What you bring to the table:

• Several years of experience in the management and control of development projects
• Sound technical understanding in the field of electronics and/or software development
• Confident handling of classic and agile project management methods as well as their targeted application in the development environment
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working with a high awareness of quality
• Strong communication skills and confident appearance when dealing with internal and external stakeholders at different levels
• Team-oriented leadership personality with the ability to motivate employees and bring projects to successful completion
• Good knowledge of common project and collaboration tools, especially MS Project, JIRA, and Microsoft 365
• Good English skills in speaking and writing for cooperation in an international environment
