Process Engineer (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

• Responsibility for optimization, scale-up, and investment projects - from conception to successful implementation.
• Analysis and optimization of production and supply processes with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, as well as energy and resource efficiency.
• Development of technical concepts, conducting feasibility studies, and evaluating investment projects.
• Accompanying the introduction of new products and production processes until successful implementation in the plant.
• Analysis of production key figures, identification of improvement potential, and implementation of sustainable measures.
• Conducting root cause analyses for process disturbances, quality deviations, and production losses.
• Evaluation of new technologies and processes as well as accompanying their introduction.
• Collaboration with production, technology, laboratory, engineering, as well as external partners.

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Technology, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in the chemical or petrochemical industry.
• Experience in project management and in the optimization of process engineering processes.
• Ideally, experience with the introduction of new production processes and scale-up projects.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP and process control systems is an advantage.
• Proficient English skills in speaking and writing.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong teamwork and communication skills.
