Project Engineer (m/f/d)
These are your tasks:
- Planning, controlling, and successful implementation of technical projects in compliance with schedule, quality, and budget requirements
- Creation and maintenance of technical project documentation as well as structured tracking of project progress
- Participation in risk analyses, e.g., HAZOPs, as well as consideration of occupational, environmental, and safety requirements
- Coordination and supervision of engineering offices, external companies, and other external project partners within the scope of the projects
- Design and selection of piping systems, pumps, sensors, actuators, and other process engineering components
- Creation and processing of isometrics, P&IDs, and construction drawings as a technical project basis
- Support in permit procedures, official applications, as well as the implementation of requirements and ancillary provisions
- Requesting and evaluating offers, accompanying procurement processes, as well as supporting technical procurement
This is what you bring with you:
- Successfully completed studies in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the chemical or petrochemical industry as well as sound knowledge of relevant processes and plants
- Experience in the planning, coordination, and implementation of technical projects in an industrial environment
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office as well as confident handling of common technical documentation and planning tools
- Confident communication skills in English, both in technical and general professional environments
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to process even complex tasks efficiently
- Communication and teamwork skills as well as a confident appearance towards internal and external project partners
