• Coordinate and lead teams to deliver quality construction work within strict deadlines
• Monitor construction processes to ensure compliance with project plans and quality standards
• Develop and conduct training and team-building sessions to enhance team performance and collaboration
• Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations throughout all construction activities
• Perform inspections of equipment, materials, and construction sites to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Schedule and facilitate regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff to align project goals
• Prepare detailed reports, budgets, and project plans and present findings to relevant stakeholders for informed decision-making
• Collaborate effectively with construction professionals to support project execution and problem resolution
• Maintain current knowledge of safety regulations and construction industry advancements to ensure best practices
• Manage administrative tasks including processing paperwork and traveling to multiple construction sites as required
