Marketing Specialist

Scope of responsibilities:

Content marketing - creating marketing messages and product information. Managing a monthly newsletter. Translating industry-specific English materials into Polish. Close cooperation with the client department and graphic designer, the foundation, and clients. Cooperation with industry media. Cooperation with a PR agency. Cooperation with influencers and brand ambassadors. Cooperation with suppliers regarding marketing activities. Support in organizing marketing campaigns - both b2b and b2c. Support and participation in trade fair presentations and company events. Managing brand profiles on social media

Requirements:

• education: higher (including bachelor's degree) - mandatory
• foreign languages: English - speaking: B1 - intermediate, writing: B1 - intermediate - mandatory
• other: Higher education, preferably in humanities, management, marketing, social media, or related fields.

Experience in a similar position is welcome. Knowledge of English at a level allowing for free communication and working with documentation in English. Copywriting and content marketing skills. Very good knowledge of MS Office tools: Word, Excel, Power Point. Knowledge of photo/video editing tools, e.g., Canva, CupCat is welcome. Creativity, analytical thinking skills. Communication skills and flexibility. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Responsibility and independence in performing assigned tasks.
