Store Expansion Specialist

Identify and source potential locations for new Snuggs stores.

Search for licensed property owners and communicate directly with them regarding available locations.

Conduct site visits and evaluate locations based on visibility, accessibility, traffic, and commercial potential.

Negotiate rental terms and commercial conditions with property owners.

Follow up with owners and stakeholders and close deals after reaching the agreed terms .

Maintain a pipeline of potential locations and provide regular updates on expansion opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure selected locations meet Snuggs’ requirements and support the store opening process.

Requirements 1–3 years of experience in retail expansion, real estate, business development, or a related field.

Experience in location sourcing and dealing with property owners is preferred.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Extroverted, outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching and communicating with new people.

Strong follow-up and closing skills.

Good knowledge of different commercial areas in Cairo.

Willingness to travel for site visits.

Good command of English.

Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
