Snowhotel Family is a family business offering unique experiences with snow and ice in Rovaniemi Lehtojärvi and Santa Claus Village. The glass igloos and snow hotel with its restaurants certainly offer a memorable overnight experience surrounded by the northern lights and nature on the shores of Lehtojärvi. Snowman World, located in Santa Claus Village, invites the whole family to winter fun on a snowy playground built from snow and ice. In Santa Claus Village, you will also find Piparinan charming gingerbread cottages and an atmospheric restaurant where customers can taste authentic Lapland flavors and rest in private gingerbread cottages during the day.
Snowman World is the most fun playground in Santa Claus Village, where the day passes quickly with winter activities. The area includes, among other things, snow and ice slides, a skating rink, a snow labyrinth, a snow restaurant, and an ice bar. The snow restaurant, ice bar, and cafe restaurant offer a wide selection of various foods, drinks, and cafe products daily.
We are now looking for waiters for the fast-paced Christmas season at Snowman World. As part of a professional and international team, you will serve customers delicacies breathing local spirit as plate service according to orders. Additionally, your duties include recommending food and drinks, sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction through your own contribution throughout the customer's visit, both in the ice restaurant and the indoor restaurant.
Full-time work is available (112.5 h/3 weeks) from the end of November until Christmas. Part-time work according to your own availability is also possible! The work requires readiness to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. In the terms of employment, we follow the tourism and restaurant industry collective agreement, with salary according to skills and experience. The employment contract is concluded between Bondata and the employee, and accommodation in Rovaniemi can be arranged if necessary.

We hope from you:
- Experience or training for waiter duties
- English language skills, as the work community and customers are international
- Hygiene and alcohol serving permits, we assist in obtaining these if necessary
- A positive attitude and teamwork skills

Salary
