[SNOW TW] CREATIVE CONTENT INTERN

🚀 Main Tasks:

• Multi-platform Content Creation: Coordinate with relevant internal or external teams abroad to produce creative content on Threads, TikTok, X (Twitter), Instagram,... to build brand awareness and attract new users.
• Trending/Viral Content Production: Ideate, design basic images and videos (short-form video) following current trending movements.
• Market & Trend Research: Monitor, update, and analyze hot trends among youth on social media daily/weekly to apply to products.
• Marketing Support: Participate in supporting marketing activities for applications within the SNOW Corp ecosystem; support performing weekly/monthly reports.
• Other tasks: Coordinate to perform flexible tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

🎯 Candidate Requirements:

• Aesthetic Sense & Trends: Love exploring multi-national cultures (Taiwan, Japan, Thailand,...). Keen on K-Pop/K-Trend, Japanese culture, fashion, beauty, animation, and especially new AI technologies.
• Content Skills: Have experience in creating content on social media. Preference for candidates with good video editing skills (CapCut) and basic design (Canva, Photoshop).
• Language Ability: Able to communicate in English. Preference for those who know or are students of Chinese, Japanese, or Thai languages.
• Work Attitude: Dynamic, disciplined, highly self-motivated, and ensuring work progress (deadline).
• Plus Points: Have a personal Portfolio or have had posts/projects that achieved viral effects on social media. Have a special passion for photography and photo editing applications.

• Cross-border Collaboration: Coordinate with relevant internal and external global teams to produce creative content across social media platforms (Threads, TikTok, X, Instagram, etc.).
• Content Creation: Brainstorm, produce, and create trending/viral content (including video editing and basic graphic design) to drive user engagement and build brand awareness.
• Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze the latest youth trends and viral movements on social media platforms on a daily and weekly basis.
• Marketing Support: Assist in marketing activities for SNOW Corp applications, including preparing weekly/monthly reports and other administrative tasks.
• General Support: Handle other assigned tasks as required.

🎯CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Cultural Enthusiast: Passionate about diverse cultures (Taiwan, Japan, Thailand, etc.) with a strong interest in K-pop/K-trends, Japanese culture, beauty, fashion, animation, and AI-related trends.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing standout projects, activities, or previous viral social media posts is a major plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic design and graphics tools such as CapCut and Canva is PREFERRED.
• Mindset: Creative, dynamic, trend-savvy, and able to quickly grasp new viral movements.
• Experience: Passion for and experience in creating content on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, etc.); video content creation skills are a significant advantage.
• Language: Able to communicate in English. Preference for candidates proficient in or studying Chinese, Japanese, or Thai.
• Interest: Deep interest in photography and photo-editing applications.
• Soft Skills: Diligent, self-motivated, and disciplined in meeting deadlines. Basic computer and office software skills.
• Headcount: 02 positions.
