Sales Manager

Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop the outlet team to achieve sales targets. Recruit, train and retain a high-performing team. Conduct professional customer consultations and recommend suitable services, treatment packages and retail products. Drive sales performance and deliver excellent customer service. Coach Hair Stylists, Beauticians and Manicurists to improve sales and service standards. Monitor daily sales, KPIs and outlet performance, and implement improvement plans. Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Handle customer feedback professionally. Work closely with Management on sales strategies and promotions. Prepare sales reports and perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements Relevant sales and leadership experience is preferred. Experience in the beauty, wellness, retail or service industry is an advantage, but candidates from other industries with a proven sales track record are welcome to apply. Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team. Strong sales, communication and interpersonal skills. Results-driven, responsible, proactive and able to work independently. Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and leadership.
