Senior Power Platform Engineer
Daily tasks
- Architect, design, and deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio).
- Maintain, optimize, and expand existing enterprise Copilot Studio solutions and conversational AI agents.
- Lead integration efforts between Power Platform, Dataverse, the broader Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics 365, M365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure), and third-party applications via REST APIs and Custom onnectors.
- Act as a core member of the software engineering team, collaborating to build modern digital products and automated business workflows.
- Manage application support cases end-to-end—engaging directly with end users, resolving support tickets, executing root-cause analysis (RCA), and upholding ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management).
- Monitor emerging Microsoft ecosystem features, Power Platform advancements, and industry best practices to identify proactive opportunities for solution modernization.
Requirements
4+ years of hands-on software development experience on the Microsoft Power Platform, backed by a portfolio of enterprise implementations. Direct hands-on experience in Copilot Studio agent design and development. Demonstrated mastery of Power Platform security configurations, including role-based access control (RBAC), Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, secure authentication, and key/credential management. Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure Services, and Dataverse architecture. Practical experience in app-to-app integrations, REST APIs, Custom Connectors, and relational data modeling. Proven experience in production application support, ticket prioritization, troubleshooting complex operational issues, and applying ITIL/ITSM processes. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Official Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (e.g., PL-400 Developer, PL-200 Functional Consultant, or PL-600 Architect). Experience with ALM, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines , and Agile/Scrum delivery models. Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage competing incident resolution timelines effectively. Proactive and collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership over production system stability and continuous process improvement.
