Front Office Manager

As part of the creation of this position, we are looking for an experienced and motivated person to join our team and form a true partnership with the management.

This position constitutes a great opportunity for advancement for a receptionist with at least 2 years of experience in reception, wishing to develop their skills and progressively evolve towards department manager functions and beyond.

Contract: 6-month CDD - 30h/week

Your missions

Under the responsibility of the management, you will notably participate in:

Ensuring different shifts: morning, evening, breakfast, and duty presence

Guaranteeing the quality of the welcome and customer service

Ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth running of their stay

Participating in room cleaning if necessary

Providing cover for the management during their leave or absences

Taking charge of various administrative files and missions

Ensuring housekeeping follow-up and management of cleaning

Actively participating in the daily smooth running of the establishment

The profile sought

Above all, we are looking for a reliable, autonomous, and committed person, who wants to take on responsibilities and build a relationship of trust with the management.

Indispensable: Minimum 2 years of experience in reception

Fluent / professional English is indispensable

Very good spelling

Flexibility and availability

Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of service

Diplomacy and ability to handle situations with professionalism

Autonomy and sense of responsibility

A plus:

Mastery of Spanish is highly desired

Driving license (Permis B) and vehicle are appreciated
